A large, mature aspen grove covers most of the property and views to the south stretch over 100 miles! Despite being on a mountain, over 70% of the property sits on level or gently sloping ground making it perfect for camping spots and events. The Eastern edge borders public land, infinitely expanding access and hiking opportunities. It’s only 1,500 feet from a large reservoir and river- both are accessible by hiking or an easy 5 minute drive.
