Jeff and Rachel Popp have spent over a decade building successful, local and international businesses spanning the outdoor industry, as well as real estate and property management. Jeff grew up maintaining commercial properties throughout the Denver Metro area, working for his family’s business in property maintenance.

Most recently, their own ranch - 105 West - was recognized as the #3 glampsite in the country by The Dyrt. The properties they manage or own have been recognized locally and nationally through media such as Travel + Leisure, Sunset, OutThere Colorado, The Manual, Adventure.com, FOX 31 News and more.
